Our auction is an important fundraising event for the church (and will be a fun party), but it is also a great way to bring people together. Do you have a special talent or skill or a new and unique item to donate? Can you host a dinner? Does this sound like a fun project to be involved in? Then you've come to the right place!
Yikes! The auction is only -3315 days away, so it's too late for changes to your items to get in the printed catalog, but please make corrections anyway - they will still appear on statements and bid sheets.
The Catalog is Ready and Online! A table copy is available at the auction table after church services. Use it or download your own copy to plan your bidding strategy. We'll have some available at the auction too - Please share with a friend.

Donate items & events

You can drop off most items for the silent auction at Carol MacAllister's house any evening between October 24 and October 30. Be sure to call first! Large items cannot be stored and will stay with the donor for buyer pickup.

  • Catalog Proofreader - Keep an eye on donated item entries - fix typos and follow up on missing dates and other essential info

  • Assist on Refreshments service team
  • Monitor Silent Auction tables
  • Record Live Auction bids
  • "Run" live bids out to computer team for entry
  • Take tickets on Auction Night
  • Check out of Auction Items
  • Sell Admission Tickets before the auction
  • Staff the Auction Table during weeks before Auction
